I have a genuine picture of a toilet like the first one (only that door need not be cut) but you have to jump above the toilet ball on to the side of it if you want to be able to close the door once you get in. After the do you will have to come out the same way. It was captured in India, but I agree that SLIA will have plenty of such designers too.
